Important Terms & Conditions

  • Everybody will be temperature checked on arrival. If you have a high temperature you will be asked to leave the premises. 

​

  • All tickets must be pre-booked online for play sessions.

​

  • All customers over the age of 11 years old must wear face masks, unless exempt or when they are sat at a table to eat or drink.

​

  • Customers must try and maintain social distancing at all times and encourage the children to do the same.

​

  • Maximum of 6 people to a table as per government guidelines.

​

  • No gatherings of more than 6 people allowed on the premises. 

​

  • If you or a member of your household or bubble are showing COVID-19 symptoms, you MUST NOT attend our premises. Please follow government guidelines. 

     

  • Only one household to be in the toilets at a time. 

     

  • Customers are responsible for supervising their children at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines. 

     

  • Hand sanitiser will be provided on all tables. All customers are asked to sanitise on arrival and every time you enter and exit the play structure. 

     

  • By booking a ticket to The Secret Garden you are agreeing to adhere to the Terms & Conditions.
